Aiming to build a strong community spirit, ProLogis and Dartford Borough Council
have designed The Bridge to be self-sufficient for all its residents' everyday needs.
The easily accessible school will include a range of facilities
for the wider community, such as a local intranet and a crèche. The Bridge will
also include a shopping complex, around 7,500 on-site jobs as well as extensive
leisure facilities.
With new homes arranged in a way that encourages people to get to know each other
and allows their children to play safely in the surrounding neighbourhood, The Bridge
will create an inclusive environment where everyone who lives there can feel at
home.
