To encourage the development of knowledge-based industries, The Bridge has two centres that can offer support to new and growing companies.

The Nucleus innovation and business centre offers both accommodation and business support for a wide range of organisations, while SusCon offers training and research resources for companies involved in the new sustainable construction sector.

Both SusCon and the Nucleus offer meeting facilities for the wider business community and both centres have cafés that are open to everyone.
