Running through the heart of The Bridge, Fastrack Route A connects the development to the shops and leisure facilities in Dartford town centre and Bluewater as well as to railway stations at Dartford, Greenhithe, Gravesend and Ebbsfleet International.

Operated by Arriva, Fastrack Route A links with Route B to give travellers in Dartford a wider rapid transport service and even more reason to leave the car at home. With a fleet of 12 Fastrack vehicles, designed to make the journey as comfortable as possible, Fastrack Route A buses run up to every five minutes, seven days a week from 6.00am to midnight.

With their own traffic-free busways and priority at traffic lights, both Fastrack routes glide past traffic jams to get travellers to their destination on time. To make the journey time even faster, Route A passengers can buy their tickets before they travel.
