ProLogis has already pre-let 670,000 sq ft to build a regional distribution facility,
creating jobs for local people. The Bridge is ideally located, with easy access to the
motorway network.
Construction work on the distribution centre started in spring 2006 to be completed in spring 2007.
A further 77,800 sq ft of industrial space is available for development.
